📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Oversee staff performance, conduct regular training sessions, and implement improvement strategies.,Drive sales targets and revenue growth through effective marketing and promotional activities.,Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to meet customer demand.,Handle financial reporting and budgeting for the branch.,Collaborate with the head office to implement company-wide strategies and initiatives.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for financial reporting.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
