Daily, you'll be responsible for translating documents, emails, and meeting notes between Chinese and Indonesian. You'll also assist with scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and supporting our teams with any language-related needs. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Translate documents, emails, and meeting notes between Chinese and Indonesian with high accuracy.
• Assist in scheduling meetings and coordinating travel arrangements for our global teams.
• Support our teams with language-related needs, such as interpreting during meetings or providing language training.
• Maintain and update language databases and translation tools to ensure consistency and efficiency.
• Collaborate with our global teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
• Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for both Chinese and Indonesian audiences.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in the supply chain sector.
• Contribute to the development of best practices for language support within the company.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fluent in both Chinese and Indonesian, both written and spoken.
• Bachelor's degree in Translation, Linguistics, or a related field, preferably with a focus on Chinese-Indonesian translation.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in translation or language support roles.
• Proficiency in using translation software such as Trados, MemoQ, or similar tools.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with a diverse team.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of the supply chain industry is a plus.
