📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet and welcome guests with a warm smile, providing exceptional service throughout their stay.
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring their dining experience is seamless and enjoyable.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, and glassware.
• Assist with other hospitality tasks as needed, such as bartending, bussering, or running the front desk.
• Uphold the hotel's standards of cleanliness, safety, and security, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for all guests.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing any guest concerns or requests in a professional and courteous manner.
• Work collaboratively with the hotel's team to ensure a positive and memorable guest experience.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, as well as the hotel's policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with food and beverage service, including table setting, bartending, and bussering.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg (44 lbs) of weight, as well as stand, walk, and reach for extended periods.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, as well as local Indonesian language skills are a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings, as needed.
• Commitment to providing exceptional guest service and upholding the hotel's standards of cleanliness, safety, and security.
