📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and maintain a strong brand identity for Nusantara Textile.
  • Create visually appealing designs for marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and social media content.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute design projects.
  • Ensure designs are consistent with brand guidelines and meet client requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies.
  • Manage and mentor junior designers as needed.
  • Contribute to the development of design standards and best practices.
  • Provide creative input and solutions to design challenges.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Creative and innovative thinking.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms.
