In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our distribution processes to ensure timely and efficient delivery of our products. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate distribution activities to ensure products are delivered on time and in good condition.,Develop and implement distribution strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.,Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain optimal stock levels.,Maintain accurate records of distribution activities and prepare reports for management.,Supervise and train distribution team members to ensure high performance and adherence to company policies.,Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to meet customer demands and expectations.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Identify and resolve distribution issues to minimize disruptions and ensure customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in distribution or logistics management.,Strong knowledge of distribution processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for field work.
