As our Internal Assurance Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring that our operations adhere to all relevant regulations and internal policies. You will conduct regular audits and assessments, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a strong background in internal assurance, risk management, and compliance.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct regular internal audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks.
• Develop and maintain internal control frameworks to ensure operational excellence.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to internal assurance and compliance.
• Provide guidance and support to operational teams to enhance their understanding of regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address compliance issues and ensure continuous improvement.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in internal assurance and compliance.
• Prepare and present comprehensive audit reports to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in internal assurance, risk management, or compliance roles.
• Professional certification in internal auditing (e.g., CIA, CPA, CISA) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and internal control frameworks.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
