📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement using tools like JIRA and Confluence.
• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into technical specifications.
• Develop and maintain business cases, use cases, and process flow diagrams to communicate solutions effectively.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure that business needs are met and that IT solutions are aligned with business objectives.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather input from stakeholders and ensure that all perspectives are considered.
• Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business analysis and IT.
• Provide training and support to end-users to ensure that they can effectively use new systems and processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in IT Business Analysis, preferably in a similar industry.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques, including requirements gathering, process modeling, and documentation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and tactically.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools like JIRA.
• Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
• Certifications in ITIL, PMP, or CBAP are a plus.
