📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and food and beverage service.,Ensure that all food and beverage items are prepared and served according to established standards and regulations.,Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.,Monitor and report on sales performance, and make recommendations for improving sales and profitability.,Train and develop staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.,Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.,Participate in the development and implementation of the restaurant's marketing and promotional strategies.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve the restaurant's performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A recent graduate or someone with limited experience in restaurant management.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Experience in a similar role or relevant experience in the hospitality industry.,Knowledge of food and beverage service, including menu planning and cost control.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations and food handling practices.,Ability to use basic computer software and equipment.,Willingness to learn and grow in a supportive environment.
