Resto Vera Sate is looking for a Lead HR Staff to join our team in Baturaja. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our human resources department, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and supporting the company's growth and development. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the human resources department, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Support the company's growth and development by implementing HR strategies and initiatives.,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee benefits and compensation packages.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.,Manage employee records and maintain HR documentation.,Lead HR training and development programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with payroll and benefits administration.,Experience in managing HRIS systems is a plus.
