📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of logistics operations, including inventory management, order processing, and delivery coordination.
  • Lead and mentor a team of logistics coordinators, ensuring they meet performance targets and adhere to company policies.
  • Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of logistics activities.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all logistics activities.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on logistics performance.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of managing logistics teams and improving operational efficiency.
  • Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for business use.
