📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage all aspects of logistics operations, including inventory management, warehouse operations, and transportation coordination.,Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.,Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and transportation providers to ensure smooth and timely delivery of goods.,Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to logistics operations.,Provide leadership and mentorship to the logistics team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align logistics operations with overall business objectives.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in logistics management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing logistics operations and achieving key performance indicators.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools, such as ERP systems, TMS, and WMS.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and standards related to logistics and transportation.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
