SHIFT Indonesia is looking for a Lead Tax Consultant to join our team in Palembang, Sumatera Selatan. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert tax advice and guidance to our clients, ensuring compliance with Indonesian tax laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tax consulting, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping businesses succeed.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide tax advice and guidance to clients, ensuring compliance with Indonesian tax laws and regulations.,Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize clients' tax liabilities while maximizing their after-tax profits.,Prepare and review tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with tax laws.,Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, and provide training to team members.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of tax services.,Monitor and report on tax risks and opportunities, providing insights and recommendations to management.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of tax policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Taxation, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax consulting, with a strong background in Indonesian tax laws and regulations.,Professional certification in taxation (e.g., CPA, CMA, or equivalent).,Excellent knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations, including corporate, individual, and international taxation.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
