📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Support the sales team in achieving their targets through effective communication and coordination.,Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns.,Maintain and update the company's sales and marketing databases.,Prepare and distribute marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and social media content.,Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and promotional items.,Monitor and analyze sales and marketing performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Assist in the organization of sales and marketing events, including trade shows and product launches.,Provide administrative support to the sales and marketing team as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and marketing administration or a related role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proven track record of achieving sales and marketing targets.
