📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth and increase market share.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic partnerships and collaborations.,Manage key business development initiatives, including market research, competitor analysis, and sales forecasting.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry leaders.,Monitor and analyze business performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of business development objectives.,Represent Pos Malaysia at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and reputation.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitive landscape to inform business strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong understanding of the Indonesian market, including key industries, trends, and competitive landscape.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to monitor and analyze business performance metrics.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with CRM systems and business development tools is a plus.
