Greeting and assisting customers to ensure they have a pleasant dining experience.,Taking and recording customer orders accurately and efficiently.,Serving food and beverages to customers in a timely manner.,Ensuring the cleanliness and presentation of the dining area.,Handling customer complaints and resolving issues professionally.,Maintaining a high level of hygiene and safety standards.,Assisting with the setup and cleanup of the dining area.,Working as part of a team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,At least 1 year of experience in a similar role is preferred.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with basic food and beverage service procedures.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and procedures.,Ability to stand for long periods of time and perform physical tasks.,Professional and friendly demeanor with a strong customer service orientation.
