📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Supervisor in managing daily operations of the hotel.,Oversee the front desk and guest services to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.,Coordinate with housekeeping, dining, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.,Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions.,Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.,Assist in training and developing front desk staff.,Participate in inventory management and procurement activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.,Proven experience in managing front desk operations and guest services.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with hotel management software and systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.,Fluent in English and local language.
