📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and execute banquet menus that meet the specific needs and preferences of our clients.,Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.,Assist in setting up and decorating banquet venues to create an inviting atmosphere.,Provide exceptional customer service to ensure guest satisfaction.,Manage banquet staff and ensure they are properly trained and prepared for events.,Maintain accurate records of banquet orders, sales, and expenses.,Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in banquet catering.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the banquet department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in banquet catering or a related field.,Strong knowledge of menu planning, food presentation, and cost control.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with catering software and equipment.,Knowledge of Indonesian and English languages is a plus.,Valid food handler's permit.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
