📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the mining site.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all employees.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.
  • Manage and mentor a team of supervisors and employees.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the mining industry.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing teams and projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of mining operations, safety regulations, and best practices.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
