📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop sales strategies to meet company targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients.,Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities.,Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.,Train and mentor junior sales staff to ensure high performance standards.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to overall sales planning.,Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.,Promote and sell company products and services effectively.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in field sales.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Strong communication and negotiation skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems is a plus.,Valid SIM (Driver's License) and reliable transportation.
