📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct quality inspections and testing to ensure products meet quality standards,Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards,Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement,Train and mentor junior staff on quality control processes,Collaborate with other departments to resolve quality issues and improve processes,Ensure compliance with all quality regulations and standards,Maintain and update quality control documentation,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Engineering, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in Quality Control or a similar role,Strong knowledge of quality control principles and methodologies,Experience with quality management systems such as ISO 9001,Proficiency in using quality control software and tools,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
