📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, and shipping of goods.,Develop and implement inventory control systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.,Manage a team of warehouse staff, providing training, coaching, and performance evaluations.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards, conducting regular safety inspections.,Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and other departments to meet operational goals.,Optimize warehouse layout and processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.,Monitor inventory levels and implement reordering systems to prevent stockouts and overstocking.,Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy of inventory records and adherence to company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Proven experience in inventory control and management.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with warehouse management software and systems.,Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
