📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the fleet, including vehicles, drivers, and maintenance schedules.,Ensure all vehicles are in safe and operational condition by coordinating regular inspections and maintenance.,Monitor fuel consumption and cost-effectiveness to optimize fleet performance.,Coordinate with drivers to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.,Manage and maintain accurate records of fleet activities, including usage, maintenance, and incidents.,Assist in the procurement and management of fleet vehicles and equipment.,Handle fleet-related customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of fleet services with overall business operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and practices.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
