Pro Point Lestari is looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR and a proven track record of success in a similar role. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, from job advertising to onboarding.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.,Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.,Conduct regular employee reviews and appraisals.,Manage employee benefits and compensation packages.,Lead and mentor HR team members.,Handle all aspects of employee relations and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proven experience in recruitment and talent management.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.,Fluent in English and Indonesian.
