📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.,Monitor market trends and competition to identify opportunities for growth.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution.,Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance.,Attend industry events and networking opportunities to enhance professional growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or a related field, preferably in the real estate industry.,Strong understanding of the local market and industry trends.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant sales tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.,Must be fluent in Indonesian and English.
