Global Village Sejahtera is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Fleet Coordinator to join our team in Maros, Sulawesi Selatan. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational activities of our fleet, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our transportation services. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the fleet, including vehicle maintenance, driver scheduling, and route planning.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle performance to optimize costs and efficiency.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to resolve any operational issues.,Conduct regular inspections of vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition.,Develop and implement strategies to improve fleet performance and reduce operational costs.,Manage and maintain fleet documentation, including vehicle records and maintenance logs.,Provide training and support to junior coordinators and drivers as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.,Valid driver's license and experience with various types of vehicles.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
