EMBER Abadi is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance activities of our facilities, ensuring that all equipment is running smoothly and efficiently. You will also be responsible for training and mentoring junior technicians. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the maintenance activities of the facilities, ensuring all equipment is running smoothly and efficiently.,Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure optimal performance of equipment.,Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks on all equipment and machinery.,Troubleshoot and repair any mechanical or electrical issues that arise.,Train and mentor junior technicians to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.,Monitor and maintain inventory levels of spare parts and tools.,Ensure that all maintenance work is completed in a safe and timely manner, adhering to all safety regulations and standards.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that maintenance activities do not disrupt normal business operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in mechanical and electrical maintenance.,Proven track record of successfully managing and leading maintenance teams.,Strong knowledge of maintenance management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with a diverse team.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with safety regulations and standards, and a commitment to ensuring a safe working environment.,Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to different work sites as needed.
