📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and optimize production schedules using SAP ERP and other manufacturing software.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of materials and finished goods.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure smooth logistics operations.
• Implement and monitor quality control measures to maintain high standards.
• Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Train and mentor junior staff on best practices in manufacturing and logistics.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing and logistics.
• Proven experience with SAP ERP and other manufacturing software.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Indonesian.
