📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.,Provide information about the hotel and its amenities.,Assist guests with their luggage and ensure it is safely transported to their rooms.,Perform general cleaning tasks to maintain the hotel's cleanliness and presentation.,Operate the hotel's bell system and respond to guest requests in a timely manner.,Assist with the setup and breakdown of events and meetings.,Maintain a clean and organized workspace.,Adhere to all hotel policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with hotel operations and procedures.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects with ease.,Friendly and professional demeanor.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
