📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.,Conduct job analyses to understand job requirements and responsibilities.,Source and screen resumes to identify potential candidates.,Schedule and conduct interviews with candidates.,Coordinate with hiring managers to gather information and make hiring decisions.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
