Hub Crown Group is seeking a dedicated Fleet Coordinator to join our team in Dili. The Fleet Coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring their efficient and safe operation. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere while contributing to the success of our operations in Dili.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling regular maintenance and servicing.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient vehicle deployment.,Monitor vehicle performance and fuel consumption to optimize costs and efficiency.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies regarding vehicle operation.,Handle vehicle inspections and repairs, coordinating with external service providers as needed.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and expenses.,Provide support to the operations team in planning and executing logistics and transportation activities.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Valid driver's license and experience with driving various types of vehicles.,Familiarity with local regulations and requirements for vehicle operation in Dili.
