📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and monitor daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity,Coordinate with team members to achieve operational targets,Assist in the development and implementation of operational procedures,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs),Handle operational inquiries and resolve issues promptly,Support the team in maintaining a positive and productive work environment,Participate in team meetings and contribute to operational planning,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field,Minimum 2 years of experience in operations or related roles,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with remote work tools and technologies,Proactive and detail-oriented with a strong problem-solving attitude
