📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the day-to-day financial operations of the hospital, including bookkeeping and financial reporting.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Monitor and manage the hospital's budget, ensuring that all financial resources are used efficiently and effectively.,Ensure compliance with all applicable accounting standards and regulations.,Prepare and submit tax returns and other financial reports to the relevant authorities.,Work closely with the management team to develop and implement financial strategies and policies.,Provide financial advice and support to other departments as needed.,Conduct regular financial reviews and audits to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior accounting role, preferably in the healthcare industry.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
