Conducting research, analysis, and policy development in the area of labor and employment.Providing guidance and support to employers and employees on labor-related matters.Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.Developing and implementing labor and employment programs and initiatives.Representing the Department of Labor and Employment in labor-related matters.Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of labor and employment policies and programs.Providing training and capacity building to employers and employees on labor-related matters.Collaborating with other government agencies, employers' organizations, and labor unions to promote fair and equitable labor practices.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Labor and Employment Relations, Human Resources, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in labor and employment matters.Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.🛠️ Keahlian
