📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement wellbeing programs that promote health and social integration.,Coordinate with healthcare providers, social workers, and community leaders to ensure comprehensive care.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of wellbeing programs.,Provide leadership and guidance to the wellbeing team.,Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in health and social integration.,Build and maintain strong relationships with community partners and stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences, Social Sciences, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare, social work, or a related field.,Strong understanding of health and social integration principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Experience in managing and leading teams.,Knowledge of local healthcare systems and community resources in Bali.
