📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and sales tracking.,Ensure the store meets all health and safety regulations.,Train and develop store staff to achieve company goals.,Implement and maintain effective merchandising strategies to maximize sales.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify trends and opportunities.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Participate in store improvement projects and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proven ability to drive sales growth and improve store performance.,Experience with inventory management and point-of-sale (POS) systems.,Familiarity with local market trends and consumer behavior in Bali.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
