📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage key logistics and freight accounts, driving sales growth and revenue targets
• Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire and retain clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless logistics operations
• Utilize CRM tools like Salesforce to track and manage client interactions
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure sales performance
• Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand your professional network

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or a similar role in the logistics industry
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
• Strong understanding of logistics and freight operations, including shipping, warehousing, and transportation
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
