📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and risk management processes.
• Analyzing financial and operational data to identify areas for improvement and compliance issues.
• Preparing detailed audit reports and presenting findings to senior management.
• Developing and implementing audit plans and procedures in accordance with international standards (e.g., ISA 315, ISA 3000).
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address audit findings and monitor corrective actions.
• Ensuring compliance with local and international regulations, including environmental and social standards.
• Providing strategic recommendations to enhance operational efficiency and risk management.
• Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to drive organizational excellence.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Professional certification in internal auditing (e.g., CPA, CIA, CISA, or equivalent).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal auditing, with a focus on the plantation and agribusiness sector.
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting standards (e.g., GAAP, IFRS) and internal control frameworks.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Proficient in using audit software and tools such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
