📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage procurement processes, including purchasing, receiving, and inventory management.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to ensure cost-effective solutions.
• Evaluate and select suppliers based on quality, price, and delivery performance.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials and components to support production schedules.
• Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to maintain optimal stock.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery.
• Work with logistics partners to facilitate efficient transportation and distribution.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure ongoing business success.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or expediting roles.
• Proficient in using procurement software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to build and maintain supplier relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in procurement and logistics.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
