📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including food and beverage service, ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency.
• Manage and mentor a team of 20-30 staff members, providing training and development opportunities.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely procurement to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute marketing strategies.
• Ensure that all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within the food and beverage industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing teams and driving operational excellence.
• Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Micros, Quick Service Restaurant (QSR), or similar.
• Certification in Food Safety and Hygiene (e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
