📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Assist customers with menu selection, orders, and payments
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including tables, utensils, and equipment
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to standard operating procedures
- Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate record-keeping
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction
- Stock and manage inventory of food and beverage items
- Follow health and safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of service standards
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role in the food and beverage industry
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items up to 20 kg
- Good physical fitness and stamina
- Friendly and approachable demeanor
