📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the preparation and presentation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, providing actionable insights to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies, including GAAP and IFRS.
• Manage the financial reporting process, including month-end and year-end close procedures.
• Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
• Lead and mentor a team of financial analysts and accountants, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
• Participate in strategic planning sessions, providing financial expertise to drive business growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, analysis, and regulatory requirements.
• Proficient in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire a team.
• Strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is a plus.
• Certification in CPA, CFA, or CMA is a plus.
