📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and analyze cost data to identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports using SAP and Excel.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial information.
• Conduct regular cost reviews and provide recommendations for cost control measures.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in cost accounting.
• Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and variance analysis.
• Provide financial support to the manufacturing team, including cost allocation and standard costing.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in cost accounting, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in SAP and Excel, with experience in financial reporting and analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certification in cost accounting (e.g., CMA, ACCA) is a plus.
