📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the service center, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
• Manage and mentor a team of service technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality work.
• Conduct vehicle diagnostics and repairs using advanced tools and software, such as diagnostic scanners and repair management systems.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Implement and enforce service center policies and procedures to maintain high standards of service.
• Maintain accurate records of service activities, customer interactions, and inventory levels.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive technologies and industry trends to ensure our service center remains competitive.
• Participate in training programs to enhance your technical skills and leadership abilities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Automotive Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive service and repair, with a focus on vehicle maintenance and diagnostics.
• Certification in Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) or equivalent is a plus.
• Proficient in using diagnostic scanners and repair management software, such as Snap-on, Autel, or similar.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
