📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and menu specifications
- Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in the kitchen
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment to meet service times
- Assist in restocking and organizing kitchen supplies
- Follow food handling and safety protocols
- Participate in kitchen cleaning and maintenance
- Adhere to health and safety regulations
- Contribute to a positive and productive team environment
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a professional kitchen environment
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and basic knife skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 20 kg
- Familiarity with Indonesian and Western cuisine is a plus
