📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including food and beverage service, ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency.
Manage and mentor a team of 20-30 staff members, providing training and development opportunities.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely procurement to maintain optimal stock levels.
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Analyze sales data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute marketing strategies.
Ensure that all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within the food and beverage industry.
Proven track record of successfully managing teams and driving operational excellence.
Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Micros, Quick Service Restaurant (QSR), or similar.
Certification in Food Safety and Hygiene (e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000) is a plus.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
