Daily, you will handle a variety of HR tasks, from processing payroll using SAP HR to organizing company events and maintaining office supplies. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage end-to-end HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.
• Handle payroll processing using SAP HR and ensure compliance with labor laws.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.
• Organize and coordinate company events and activities.
• Maintain and manage office supplies and facilities.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with management to address employee concerns and resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with corporate governance and internal control policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR and General Affairs, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in using SAP HR and other HR management software.
• Fluent in both Indonesian and Mandarin, with excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
