Learning and Development Specialist (Contract)

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and deliver engaging training programs tailored to the needs of our diverse workforce.
• Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement learning and development strategies.
• Create and manage training materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and webinars.
• Conduct needs assessments and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in employee development.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.
• Monitor and report on the impact of training initiatives on employee performance and organizational goals.
• Work with external trainers and consultants to enhance the quality of our training offerings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, training, or a similar role.
• Certification in instructional design or a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs using various tools such as Moodle, Articulate Storyline, and Camtasia.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
