📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Accurately estimate project costs, including materials, labor, and equipment.
  • Analyze project requirements and specifications to determine the most cost-effective solutions.
  • Prepare detailed cost estimates and present them to project managers and stakeholders.
  • Monitor project budgets and provide regular updates on cost variances.
  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure cost estimates align with project timelines and objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and cost-saving strategies.
  • Provide valuable insights and recommendations to optimize project costs.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in cost estimation for construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction materials, labor rates, and equipment costs.
  • Proficiency in using cost estimation software and tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
